quantifiable goals, marked by success metrics and AUM targets. We
assess where the firm is now and help define the vision for what the
firm will look like in the future.

After having benchmarked the firm’s sales and marketing practices to
the competition and to best practices within the industry, we then
diagram a tactical plan to stretch marketing dollars and to shorten
the sales cycles by targeting only the most appropriate investors.

In this phase, we execute the marketing plan created in Step Three. We
make the initial calls, track leads, set up road shows, and follow
through to allocation. We provide timely feedback on leads, weekly
status reports, and monthly status conference calls, and track and
convey trends in investor behavior, the response to our inquiries, and
other valuable competitive information.
